\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u7b2c\u4e94\u5c4a\u56fd\u9645\u53bb\u589e\u957f(Degrowth)\u4f1a\u8bae\u5c06\u4e8e2016\u5e748\u670830\u81f39\u67083\u65e5\u5728\u5e03\u8fbe\u4f69\u65af\u8003\u6587\u7ebd\u65af(Corvinus\u00a0<\/strong><strong>University)\u5927\u5b66\u53ec\u5f00\u3002\u8fd9\u6b21\u4f1a\u8bae\u5c06\u4e3a\u5308\u7259\u5229\u53ca\u5468\u8fb9\u5730\u533a\u7684\u5b66\u672f\u754c\u4eba\u58eb\u53ca\u5927\u4f17\u63d0\u4f9b\u7ed3\u8bc6\u6700\u524d\u6cbf\u7684\u53bb\u589e\u957f\u5b66\u8005\u4eec\u7684\u673a\u4f1a\u3002\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u5308\u7259\u5229\u5c06\u6210\u4e3a\u7b2c\u4e00\u5c4a\u201c\u53bb\u589e\u957f\u5468\u201d (Degrowth week) \u7684\u4e3b\u529e\u65b9\uff0c\u5438\u5f15\u65e0\u6570\u53bb\u589e\u957f\u6d3b\u52a8\u5bb6\uff0c\u4ece\u4e1a\u8005\u548c\u51b3\u7b56\u8005\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Degrowth\u662f\u573a\u8fd0\u52a8\uff0c\u5b83\u63d0\u9192\u6211\u4eec\u5728\u4e00\u4e2a\u6709\u9650\u7684\u661f\u7403\uff0c\u65e0\u9650\u7684\u589e\u957f\u65e2\u4e0d\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e0d\u53ef\u53d6\u3002 Degrowth\u89e3\u6784\u4e86\u201c\u7ecf\u6d4e\u589e\u957f\u662f\u9488\u5bf9\u6211\u4eec\u793e\u4f1a\u73b0\u5904\u50f5\u5c40\u7684\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u201d\u7684\u795e\u8bdd\u3002\u8fd9\u573a\u8fd0\u52a8\u5206\u6790\u4e86\u6211\u4eec\u6b63\u5728\u7ecf\u5386\u7684\u4f17\u591a\u5371\u673a\u5e76\u53d1\u73b0\u5b83\u4eec\u662f\u6709\u5171\u901a\u6027\u7684\u3002Degrowth\u8fd0\u52a8\u8bd5\u56fe\u5efa\u7acb\u5e73\u548c\u6c11\u4e3b\u7684\u9014\u5f84\u6765\u4e89\u53d6\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u793e\u4f1a\u548c\u73af\u5883\u6b63\u4e49\uff0c\u5e78\u798f\uff0c\u6709\u610f\u4e49\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\uff0c\u601d\u60f3\u89e3\u653e\uff0c\u6ee1\u8db3\u611f\uff0c\u548c\u5e73\u548c\u81ea\u6cbb\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5373\u5f80\u5c4a\u56fd\u9645\u53bb\u589e\u957f\uff1a2008\u5e74\u5df4\u9ece\uff0c2010\u5e74\u5df4\u585e\u7f57\u90a3\uff0c2012\u5e74\u5a01\u5c3c\u65af\u548c2014\u5e74\u83b1\u6bd4\u9521\u4e4b\u540e\uff0c\u672c\u6b21\u7b2c\u4e94\u5c4a\u4f1a\u8bae\u4f1a\u4ece8\u670830\u65e5\u52309\u67083\u53f7\u5728\u5e03\u8fbe\u4f69\u65af\u8003\u6587\u7ebd\u65af\u5927\u5b66\u4e3e\u884c\uff0c\u5e76\u4ee5\u751f\u6001\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u6027\u548c\u793e\u4f1a\u516c\u5e73\u4e3a\u91cd\u70b9\u5728\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u6b21\u4f1a\u8bae\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e16\u754c\u5404\u5730\u7684\u8457\u540d\u5b66\u672f\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u5458\u4ea4\u6d41\u7684\u5e73\u53f0\u3002\u6bcf\u4e24\u5e74\uff0cDegrowth\u7684\u805a\u4f1a\u4e3a\u4ed6\u4eec\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u673a\u4f1a\u6765\u8ba8\u8bba\u6b64\u65b0\u8de8\u5b66\u79d1\u9886\u57df\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u6700\u65b0\u8fdb\u5c55\u3002\u4ed6\u4eec\u5173\u6ce8\u7684\u95ee\u9898\u662f\u7ecf\u6d4e\u6d3b\u52a8\u5bf9\u73af\u5883\u9650\u5236\u7684\u50ed\u8d8a\u548c\u7ecf\u6d4e\u7ed3\u6784\u5bf9\u63d0\u9ad8\u793e\u4f1a\u751f\u5b58\u5c0a\u4e25\u7684\u5931\u804c\u3002\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u79d1\u5b66\u754c\u4e5f\u6709\u673a\u4f1a\u4e0e\u4ece\u4e1a\u4eba\u5458\u4ea4\u6d41\u6765\u9610\u660e\u53ef\u884c\u7684\u66ff\u4ee3\u73b0\u6709\u7ecf\u6d4e\u6a21\u5f0f\u7684\u65b9\u6848\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u8fd9\u6b21\u4f1a\u8bae\u4e0a\uff0c\u516c\u4f17\u4e5f\u5c06\u6709\u6307\u5b9a\u7684\u4ea4\u6d41\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002\u5728\u5e03\u8fbe\u4f69\u65af\u8fdb\u884c\u7684Degrowth\u5468\u4e5f\u5c06\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u65b0\u4e3e\u63aa\u7684\u6447\u7bee\u3002\u8fd9\u5c06\u521b\u9020\u5b9e\u8df5\u6d3b\u52a8\uff0c\u7814\u8ba8\u4f1a\uff0c\u548c\u4e0e\u5f53\u5730\u7684\u4e3e\u63aa\u5408\u4f5c\u7684\u5e73\u53f0\u3002\u671f\u95f4\uff0c\u516c\u4f17\uff0c\u5229\u76ca\u76f8\u5173\u8005\uff0c\u6587\u5316\uff0c\u827a\u672f\u548c\u521b\u610f\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u8ba8\u8bba\u8fa9\u8bba\u5c06\u5728\u57ce\u5e02\u5404\u5904\u5c55\u5f00\u3002\u57282016\u5e74\u7684\u6625\u5929\uff0c\u5e7f\u5927\u516c\u4f17\u5c06\u88ab\u9080\u8bf7\u534f\u52a9\u7ec4\u7ec7\u8005\u7b56\u5212\u4e86Degrowth\u5468\u6d3b\u52a8\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Degrowth\u5728\u5308\u7259\u5229\u4e0d\u7b97\u4e00\u4e2a\u5168\u65b0\u7684\u8bfe\u9898\u3002\u672c\u6b21\u4f1a\u8bae\u5c06\u7a81\u51fa\u5448\u73b0\u5308\u7259\u5229\u8457\u540d\u601d\u60f3\u5bb6\u5361\u5c14\u00b7\u6ce2\u62c9\u5c3c(Karl<br Transformation\uff09\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002\u9664\u4e86\u8fd9\u6709\u5960\u5b9a\u610f\u4e49\u7684\u6587\u732e\uff0cdegrowth\u57282011\u5e74Serge Latouche\u7684\u4e66\u201c\u544a\u522b\u589e\u957f\u201d (Farewell to
